Listen often, repeat it out loud, until you feel it inside of you and your thoughts align. It is the last part of our Podcast, but available here for you also to listen to as many times as you like!
Like with any new habit that you are trying to develop, it is good if you do the meditation at least 21 days in a row, and then watch how your life changes!
