A retired four-star general, Stanley McChrystal is the former commander of US and International Security Assistance Forces (ISAF) Afghanistan and the former commander of the nation’s premier military counter-terrorism force, Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC). He is the founder and CEO of the McChrystal Group, which has provided innovative business solutions to leaders and multinational corporations since 2011. In this episode, he joined Matthew Hall and Ben Dockery to discuss his recent book, Risk: A User's Guide, for a conversation about how effective leaders and organizations can think more strategically about the reality of risk.
