What does it mean to reinvent yourself? In a noisy world sometimes we fail to assess ourselves. We speak on how stress has such a huge effect on the reinvention of oneself from dealing with jobs to family members friends & everyday life, we end up depleting our mental bandwidth to the point of stagnation. The lack of energy is detrimental to the growth & the betterment of ourselves. Our mental health is extremely valuable, we need to learn how to subtract things and attributes that no longer serve us and start adding to our growth.
Our energy is currency spend it wisely.
