Most, if not all of us, have heard of Post-Traumatic Stress, but have you ever heard of Post-Traumatic Growth? Did you know that positive psychological change can be experienced as a result of the struggle with highly challenging life circumstances?
People who endure psychological struggle following adversity can often see positive growth afterwards. This episode will prove that suffering can, in fact, have transformative power!

Post Traumatic Growth is the process of adapting while in the face of adversity, trauma, tragedy, threats or significant sources of stress. PTG is capable of changing one's personality as a whole. It's an enlightened mental state and only comes about if there's trauma.
