What I am sharing in today's episode friends, is as real for my life this week as anyone else's. So real that it brings tears to my eyes just thinking about it.
There are many things I love about Thanksgiving. (Pumpkin pie for one, let's be completely honest. 😂) And also this time of year brings a lot of challenges for my mental health and wellness.
Today's episode is a message from my heart to yours, that we would all take extra tender care of ourselves this week. Listen in.
