A new report shows how consumers are feeling about supply chain disruptions. Many shoppers are leaving brands that they feel are not doing a good job of being reliable on product deliveries.
Returns are messy for everyone. With the increases in online shopping, returns are becoming even messier. Some companies are doing better than others at handling returns and even rewarding their best shoppers. Their customers are noticing.
