This week’s Mancunian guest is Alex Winstanley. Managing Director, Happy Smiles Training (https://www.happysmilestraining.co.uk/). Happy Smiles Training aims to empower disabled people to create positive social change and have delivered disability confidence training to over 10,000 people. Alex has also written a series of children’s books called the ‘My has’ to create awareness about a range of long-term health conditions like dementia, cerebral palsy, and depression. Alex was recognised on the Disability Power 100 list in 2022.
