Michael tracks a lot of different metrics. Like weight, work, mood and exercise. Ivanka uses the occasional tracking gadget. This week we get into the subject of the quantified self - why we do it, whether we do it, how to keep it up, what to do when it drops off, what we do with the data. Michael's made a few apps in this area - Happiness, Changes, Good Habits, Just Calories and Donegood. We talk about tools like the Withings scale, Myzone, Jawbone, Runkeeper, Fitbit and Apple Watch. We also touch on privacy concerns and the ways we are tracked by others.
