When you put a piece of skin under a very strong microscope, you see all those skin cells move. Everything is energy and so are the Archangels. People have forgotten how to connect with that energy, which brings people to a higher vibration. People are comparable to a beam of white light. Our rainbow bodies are Light, upon passing through a prism or multifaceted crystal, white light is divided into the colors of the rainbow.
