I will be sharing with you what caused me to write the book as well as a few exercises and thoughts to help you get in touch with your Inherent Worth and develop self-confidence. My Surprising response to Inherent Worth Part 1: To give you a little refresher on what I mean by Inherent Worth - I am talking about the fact that you have a value that is internal and cannot be changed by you or others. The value is unshakable. I wrote my new book, Confidence Is Magic, because I felt compelled to find answers after recording Inherent Worth Part 1. I hadn’t intended to write this book, but after the vulnerable share from the last episode I felt determined to bring you answers on how we can move through not feeling worthy or confident so that we can reach our potential and Destiny.
