I titled this episode: "Suicide I Could've Died" At the age of 33, I was ready to throw it all away. Battling and suffering from PTSD, and not being aware of my triggers and how to control them, caused me to act out in ways some would view as insane.

I was not happy with the road I was on working at a call center, not living in a healthy environment, and always being the yes person.

**There is a significance to the number 33 and I advised anyone who is reading this to look it up and how it connects to your spiritual essence.**

Many of us will travel through life holding grudges, false identities, secrets, and lies that will kill your spirit and eventually kill you, so please understand you, know you, accept you, and love you before anyone else has the chance to manipulate you into something else.
