- 1) PAUSE and BREATHE until reactiveness dies
- 2) FEEL the emotion to understand it
- 3) Remember everyone and everything is a MIRROR and REFLECTION of what is going on within us (thoughts and emotions)
- 4) Decide CLEARLY what you WANT
- 5A) Let it go, do nothing external, shift the internal OR
- 5B) Let the emotion go, take intentional and inspired actions with lightness
