This is for those nights when your child is struggling to settle and you are running out of patience. Play it to your child and listen to it together. The more often you let them listen to the story the better they will react to it and the quicker they will be asleep. It will help you to offer guidance on the easy nights too as you can remind them about counting, the twinkling stars and that journey of relaxation. Enjoy!
