For most people the thought of being stranded, for several months, on a tropical island in the heart of the Indian Ocean - sounds idyllic. However, as we now find out, it was a very different story for Ross Sanders and the challenges he faced. As general manager of the Anantara Kihavah Villas, Maldives he had several hundred teams members to sustain and to motivate whilst stranded on the atoll.
