Dr. Russell Peterson is a certified Emergency Management & Continuity Program Manager and retired Division Chief located in Tennessee. Dr. Peterson has over 30 years of experience in the field of emergency management and received his doctorate in emergency management from Jacksonville State University in Jacksonville, Alabama.
