This week, “we are on fire”, and super excited over the Bridge of the Gods Run in the beautiful mountains of Cascade Locks, Oregon, which is in the outskirts of Portland, Oregon. I have been training for 14 weeks and it has culminated in the run with about 1700 other runners and their families. I will talk about how beautiful it is to look forward to the events and to the connections with our loved ones in lieu of revolving our worlds around the food only. Our Project Weight Loss has us focusing on striving and stretching our limits towards health and creating experiences that keep our lives fueled.

Shout outs to the Maester, Chad Sperry, the Director of the Run and all the staff that put it all together and of course my loves, who make it all worth it.
