After a long hiatus, I've come back to the studio to talk about mental health. Mental Health kept me away from from so many things especially in 2020. So in this episode I address stigmas regarding mental health, a hyper simplified way to visualize and understand it, realizing some indicators, and even I talk about my own personal struggle. I want to break age old view points on mental health and alleviate the embarrassment and ostracization that has been long associated with mental health. We all go through some things at some point in time, and we all get affected by things that may not even be in our control. We are beings that are forever in flux and we should approach mental health with the same effort, resources, and openness as we do our "normal health". If you ever do find your self struggling, reach out. Talk. Talk to your trusted loved ones, friends, family. You can even get professional help. There's no shame in trying to better yourself.
