WHAT WE DO.

Folla Capital helps small businesses raise capital using one of the several programs authorized under the JOBS Act of 2012.

HOW WE GOT STARTED.

Our founders are entrepreneurs ourselves. We’ve gone down the path of having to raise money the traditional way. We know what it’s like to have to make weekly payroll and monthly rent payments. Our core team started in North Carolina in 2018, facilitating the State’s Intrastate investment crowdfunding program called the NC PACES Act. Based on this experience, we began the process of expanding nationally to help any company, in any state, raise capital using investment crowdfunding programs.

WHAT WE ARE PASSIONATE ABOUT:

Veteran-owned businesses. One of our founders is an Army Desert Storm veteran. Enough said.

Women & minority-led businesses. These businesses statistically come up short when it comes to getting funded by traditional sources. Our mission is to fix that.

Local businesses. Most businesses do not reside in Silicon Valley, Boston, or New York. They are located in your own community, owned by people you know, and employ your friends, family members, and neighbors. They deserve a shot at funding too.

Rural businesses. Small businesses in rural communities have an even stronger affinity with members of their own community They offer a unique opportunity to grow and prosper together. One of our founders was Mayor of the City of Henderson, NC. He’s seen it first-hand.
