We are here to change your body, to change your relationship with conventional exercise, and to show you that you can smile through your sweat, and make yourself proud.
Science meets sweat. Biomechanics, moving properly and strengthening your body through rigorous training that pushes you to your personal limits. You’re only going to get out what you put in, so do it right, do it often, and let your body speak for itself.
Facts are facts, so we use heart rate monitors and data tracking to reinforce workouts. You can get sweaty at any gym, but we believe you should know why and how your body is reacting and changing.
Gyms are gyms. There’s “this thing” and “that thing”, and “oh, look at those, too” – all the same things you’ve seen that you don’t really know how to use or what it does, but we do. Consider this your home away from home. Wait, don’t. Consider this your space for personal growth, physical change, and challenge!
You’ll be surrounded with support and instruction, energetic music, laughter, a few grunts, taunting jest, encouraging words, and true connections among fellow athletes.
