Maureen Devine-Ahl is helping changemakers maximize their impact through her coaching, facilitation, and consulting services. She is the former CEO of Doorways for Women and Families, founder of Candor & Company, and author of “How To Make the Matriarchy: The Power and Promise of Prioritizing Women.”
Maureen shares research on gender gaps that exist to varying degrees across the globe, highlights specific countries that have made substantial progress in closing their gaps, and offers her perspective on what the future could look like with the right repairs.
Maureen’s message is one of inclusivity – this is about expanding our concept of what makes a good leader, valuing a wider array of life experience and personality traits, effortfully inviting in those who have historically been left out or kept out, and removing the roadblocks that keep many women from manifesting their full potential.
