Whew, I'm waving the vulnerability flag today. But these words need to be said.
Today I'm telling my story of my weight struggles. We're chatting about weight loss, idols, disobedience.......all.the.things.
This was so hard to share but at the same time incredibly freeing and liberating.
I have been running for so long and today I'm drawing a line in the sand. It's enough.
If you struggle with weight or food addiction, tune in. Maybe you'll have some breakthrough today. I pray the Lord uses my story to speak to you in some way.
