President Biden will never win over 100% of Americans, but success in unifying the U.S. will come with being competent, responsible and dealing with the issues of the day, Scott Lucas, Editor of EA WorldView and Emeritus Professor at the University of Birmingham, tells Daybreak Europe's Caroline Hepker and Roger Hearing.
