With a deeply divided country and the pandemic to deal with, Joe Biden faces the most difficult presidency since Harry Truman or even Franklin Roosevelt, says Iwan Morgan, Emeritus Professor of U.S. History at University College London. He tells Daybreak Europe's Caroline Hepker and Roger Hearing that the American public will move towards Biden if he moves forward on vaccination and getting the economy back on its feet.
