In this episode we discuss that buying a home is far more predictable than building a home is. If you are someone who stresses about changes or timelines, building may not be for you. When you build a home you get to pick and choose all the details. When you buy a home you look for the perfect one but often make accommodations to the one that works the best for you. Buying a home already built often gives you more home for your money. That said the custom adaptations you make after may make it more costly.
