Devi talks about being born shortly after biracial marriage was made legal, growing up in an extremely racist area and the effect this racial trauma had on her, all of the steps she took to heal and how this brought her to founding the first government accredited school of of Tantra in the world.
We talk about how systemic racism and racial oppression are insidious and often hide inside doubt and judgement, how the black community has managed to thrive despite this and steps we can take to heal this kind of trauma.
