SHEPHERDHOUSE VOICE SERIES – SANCTIFICATION OF OUR DESIRES

On the account of it’s orientation, the carnal mind (the mind of man in his fallen state) is in conflict with the mind of God; it is incapable of knowing God and of being changed or renewed. This carnal mine, unfortunately, is the default state of mind of believers.

Therefore, in order to have sanctified desires, a believer must endeavor to jettison his carnal mind and be subject to his regenerated spiritual mind dominated and possessed by the Holy Spirit, a mind totally surrendered to God and renewed by His Spirit.
