Last night: Tony La Russa threw Yermin Mercedes under the bus for hitting a home run. Then the White Sox blew a four-run lead losing to the Twins.

And La Russa told the media he was fine with how the Twins intentionally threw at Mercedes.

Today: Unless the clubhouse mutiny occurs before the first pitch, it's Lucas Giolito vs. Matt Shoemaker.

Down in the Minors: Jake Burger hit his fourth home run and Birmingham wins its 10th game of the season.
