016: Everything is Energy ~ The Law of Attraction 101

Did you know that EVERYTHING is energy?
Have you heard about The law of Attraction? Do you know how to use it? Have you tried to use it without success?
Have you seen the movie The Secret and wondered why you're following what the experts said but it still doesn't seem to be working for you? The point that they really didn’t clarify in The Secret is about how VIBRATION is paramount and that everything is energy and that you have to FEEL not think to have any success in manifesting.
Quantum physics has now proved beyond a shadow of a doubt that everything in this Universe is not solid matter but is vibrating, and that if you were to get the biggest microscope in the world and place anything at all ~ whether living or inanimate ~ under its lens, you would see tiny energy particles dancing together.
Well in this week's call Karen and I give you a simplified guide to how to REALLY make the Law of Attraction work for you.
We explain some of the finer points that you may never have had explained to you.
This is The Law of Attraction 101!
Simply put The Law of Attraction says:
- like attracts like;
- that which is like unto itself is drawn;
- as above so below;
- others describe it as Fate, synchronicity, Karma, serendipity or ‘out of the blue’
and it states that whatever you think about with enough emotion (whether positive or negative) you will attract to yourself ~ even if you are sending out the signals from your SUB- conscious mind. Everything is energy!
It works like a boomerang.What you are most frequently giving your attention (vibration) to will be made abundantly clear to you by what is showing up in your life; and this for the most part involves your subconscious beliefs (of which you will only become aware if your outer world is found to challenge your conscious thoughts).
What shows up in your world will be the indicator of your true beliefs and thoughts, so if you're not living a life of prosperity, joy, well being and abundance at the levels you desire, then you will have to change what is known as your dominant vibration or emotional set point.
To help reset our emotional set point, one of the things Karen and I always like to remind ourselves when we're feeling less happy than we might like, is to "Think feel better thoughts".... You know, sometimes you just have to stop and remind yourself to check in with what you're thinking and therefore FEELING. We do it all the time.
Plus there are quite a few different things you can do to start thinking feel better thoughts.
On the call we talk particularly about the "Clarity through Contrast" technique as well as "Wouldn't it be Nice"... so as promised here are examples of how to use them both, but DO listen in to the call for more specifics.
