By golly, we have a lot to talk about in the first postgame edition of Between the Banners of the 2019-2020 season.
Host Chad Floyd (@Chad_Floyd) and Jake Lawrence (@therealestrjl) take an immediate deep-dive into the Tar Heels’ 76-65 win over Notre Dame on Wednesday night. It was Cole Anthony’s show, no doubt, but there was a lot to discuss— both good and bad— from the Heels’ win.
As a bonus, Puff Johnson committed to UNC as the fifth member of the 2020 recruiting class, so there’s a little extra bonus content if you stick around.
- Anthony: my goodness.
- Leaky Black’s sophomore year Danny Green impression
- Christian Keeling and Justin Pierce: adjusting to a new role, new league, and new competition.
- ANDREW PLATEK APPRECIATION!
- Honestly, Chad gushing over Armando Bacot, and Jake doing the same about Garrison Brooks, both of which are fair.
- Puff Johnson: what he can bring, where he fits, and are the Heels done with 2020?
