Morgan Kline is the founder & CEO of the fitness company Burn Boot Camp. Burn Boot Camp started in 2012, and currently has over 115,000+ members!

Kevin + Steph talked with Morgan about what it was like to start their fitness company and all the obstacles they faced. When Morgan and her husband wanted to start Burn Boot Camp, they were in their 20s, had no business experience, couldn’t secure any funding to get the project off the ground, and couldn’t find a landlord willing to take a chance on them and rent them space. But they persevered and today Burn Boot Camp is alive and thriving, having over 550 franchise locations.

Morgan also shares stories about how they came up with their very unique gym rules and do they intentionally set up gyms beside donut shops?
