Here we are again back down at the Muladhara chakra with a beautiful grounding meditation and visualisation. It is so important to feel grounded and secure so that we have the strength and courage to go out into the world with confidence. Without a strong foundation in our root chakra the rest of our energy is built on unsure footing. Dealing with these issues at the root chakra can be ongoing and deep work - family issues, money issues, security and safety are all paramount.
The affirmation for this chakra is "I am safe, stable and secure" or if you find this challenging use the "What if I am safe, stable and secure" affirmation to help you imagine and feel into how this feels.
