With Cowboys head coach Mike McCarthy missing Thursday's game due to being on the CoVID list, Doug thinks it's a good time to remind the country of how bad the Cowboys lost on Thanksgiving. Former NFL defensive back Orlando Scandrick joins Doug to talk about how Dallas played on Thanksgiving and where they stand at this point of the season, and the other major NFL headlines coming off of week 12.

Doug thinks Baker Mayfield needs to take a game off. Him being out there is hurting his team, he just isn't talented enough to play injured. He doesn't blame head coach Kevin Stefanski for not making a change, but he thinks Baker should himself take a week off.
