What is the purpose of life? Does life need a goal post or can be enjoyed as a journey. So the question arises does life need a purpose?
We all have read quotes like "Life is all about the moments," but our mind is always oscillating in the past or future rather than staying in the present. When we are singularly focused on the destination, we lose sight of how beautiful the journey can be. We forget to stop and smell the roses. We forget to feel the air and be present to the moment.
In this episode, I share my observations through moments and stories .
I want to leave you with this thought: we should live in the present moment, because there's no other life than this very moment.
