What’s the future of online cooking classes?
That’s the single biggest question that keeps popping up in front of me. From my Cooking Class Business School students to my professional peers in food to even my husband, people want to know what we can expect 6 months or a year from now.
Although I can’t see the future — bummer, right? — I’m formed my own perspective of what lies ahead for those who are teaching, or want to teach, online cooking classes. There’s no doubt that COVID-19 has not only changed the way the world operates, but also created unique opportunities.
