Coming off of a magical 2021, we sit down with women's cross country head coach Diljeet Taylor to learn her unique journey. Her story is one of encouragement and belief, starting with a 5th grade teacher telling her she could be anything to Coach Robin Johnson (9th grade track coach) writing a special note before a meet. We find out the impact these small but immensely meaningful actions meant to her and how they impacted her career.

Then we turn our attention to the unique season in 2021 where her team competed at the NCAA DI indoor national championships on the same weekend as the cross country national championships.
