Every year I get away for two nights and do some focused work ON my business (as opposed to just working IN my business). I look back at the previous year and look ahead to the next, planning out specific elements of my business, schedule, and goals.

This year I decided to show you my process so you can get some ideas of how to implement your own year end planning retreat. Keep in mind that you can do this retreat ANY time you like. End of the year, beginning of the year, the middle of the year. It doesn't matter.

Also, feel free to adopt some of what I'm doing and tweak it to fit your goals and needs.
