There is nothing "usual" about the crisis we are coming out of and the way it's impacted our world.

Question everything and be willing to change ANYTHING!

As leaders, we need to listen more and talk less. It's important that your team hears from you, but its MORE important that you hear from your team.

Three questions we should be asking:

1. How ARE you?

2. How can I help?

3. What can we change in our current strategy?

We have a responsibility to help our hurting team members heal.
