Mallika Chopra is a best-selling author, entrepreneur, public speaker, and wellness expert, mom, and if her last name sounds familiar it's because it is, she's also the daughter of the legendary Deepak Chopra. She is the author of the Just Be Series - Just Breathe, Just Feel, and Just Be You - a trilogy of illustrated how-to books for children (and the adults in their lives).
