In Episode 36 of The Intuitive Health Podcast, Dr Anthony Rafferty talks about Conscious Conception - a deeply intentional process through which women can prepare their body, mind and energy field to receive a new soul.

A big part of this process is about clearing energetic and ancestral stagnancy in the womb from personal and inherited trauma. However, it also requires a deep look at physical preparation such as stress reduction, gut and hormone health; as well as emotional readiness - challenging beliefs, and energetically connecting with the baby's soul.

On September 28, Dr Anthony will host a half-day Ancestral Healing in Dublin, Ireland, for anyone who is ready to release trauma from their lineage.
