Episode 10 we had the absolute pleasure of chatting with another fellow Irish podcaster, Alwynn Hynes, founder of the “let me be free” podcast & Facebook group. A group which she set up to help people in similar situations feel safe & supported. Alwynn is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to childhood trauma & all things healing. She takes us on her healing journey after suffering child abuse at a young age and how it effected her later on in life. Alywnn talks about the hardship of parenting which lead to suppressed feelings resurfacing from her abuse, resulting in suicidal thoughts. Alywnn discusses how her healing journey has lead her to become a life coach, helping many people that were in similar situations.
