Should Realtors List Prices of Homes they Advertise - Market Tuesday EP_23 Many times we see homes that realtors are selling advertised, then you look for the price and see none. Should they be listing it? Why do they do this? In short they do this so that you are forced to call them if you want to know the listed price. In turn they get the opportunity to speak with you. I think we are in the information age, where everything is easily available online anyways and the price should just be listed, if you are interested in the home you can call them and save the hassles.
