Functional medicine is all about getting to the root cause of a patient’s complaints. Women’s health can present a unique challenge since hormonal fluctuations need to be considered. Today we meet Julia Glanz. Julia is a registered dietitian with a master’s degree in nutritional science, a certified strength and conditioning coach, and an author. She has an online nutrition practice where she specializes in women’s health and works with women to optimize the key hormones affecting their energy, metabolism, and body composition through strategic nutrition and lifestyle changes.
