In honor of World Mental Health Day, today's podcast is offered to decrease stigma and normalize mental health struggles in every family.

This episode is vulnerably shared to address the huge gap of support for family members of those struggling with their mental health.

Jessie shares her wisdom and coaching tips to help family members of those with mental health challenges show up in ways that are truly compassionate and loving - for both themselves AND those they love.

She encourages family members to step out of habitual sacrificing, martyrdom, and fixing mode, and start taking exceptional care of themselves.

This episode is FULL of tools to help family members show up as the best version of themselves and in doing so create space for their loved ones to do the same.

  • Be a lighthouse.
  • Choose your energy.
  • Stop being surreptitiously mean to yourself.
  • Treat Yourself with Kindness.
  • Nourish yourself fully.
  • Step out of blame, shame, and guilt.
