It seems obvious to people that you can't just exponentially keep pushing yourself in the gym. You'll burnout or overtrain, so you have to take a break. Although it's less commonly known, you have to do the same thing when you diet. Just like how you can't keep working out harder and harder forever and expect better results, you can't keep dieting forever either. You need a diet break. And in this Minisode, I break down the 3 signs you need to pay attention to to know when you may need to push the pause button on dieting.
