Mike is the Founder of Stronger U, a personalized nutrition coaching company that's trying to change the way the world eats. I first heard of Stronger U from friends who worked for the company and spoke highly of Mike. So, I checked him out and I could tell we would get along by the types of content he was putting out. After this chat, I can definitely confirm — it went great and Mike sprinkled in plenty of wisdom along the way.
