She’s the founder of Golden Glow Mama - a holistic health community helping women nurture their bodies so their bodies will nurture their baby.

Today we get to hear about how she birthed her 9 pound baby girl in water on water on the houseboat she and her husband renovated themselves.

She hopes by sharing her story to inspire other first time mums to take a leap of faith into the most unknown territory they will ever experience, birth.
