Number one is to try to be someone who figures out the solution. A defined set of roles and responsibilities are in place whenever we think about a job. Being passionate about your craft, taking risks, risking failures, and try to act and deliver with a partial set of data and information that you may have available at your fingertips becomes important.

Number two was not about solving problems first, but rather finding problems you are passionate about and then solving those problems.

Number three, he said that try to find a problem that will do some societal good, and financial rewards will be the by-product of that.
