This week I got to welcome Elisabeth Swan to the show!

Elisabeth is the co-author of the Problem-Solver’s Toolkit, co-host of the Just-in-Time Cafe Podcast and Co-Founder of the Just-In-Time Café, a consulting firm specializing in operational excellence and cultural transformation. She’s been a Continuous Improvement consultant, trainer and coach for over 30 years and she’s currently teaching a course called the Lean Six Sigma Leader at UC San Diego. In this episode, Elisabeth and I talk about #Lean, #Brainstorming and #ContinuousImprovement at length. She also walks us through The Swan Cycle, which is an amazing tool that consists of 4 steps: CTSA - Clarify, Think, Share, & Assemble. Grounded in psychological studies of how our brains work best, this new idea is pretty amazing!
