Paul Gaffney is the Founder and President of Gaffney Athletic Preparatory Academy (GAPA) in Cleveland, Tennessee. GAPA is an International T.E.A.M.S. College Preparatory Christian School for Sports Enthusiasts. The school is opening in the Fall of 2021. GAPA will also have an independent Postgraduate Academy. "We at GAPA know the Journey. His team is called the Tennessee Conductors and their debut season begins this July. Paul “Showtime” Gaffney has a decorated background and is a legend in basketball. He played professionally with the Harlem Globetrotters for 15 years, has over 42 years of experience in the sports industry, and has worked over 11 years in the public school system. He has a B.S. degree in Business Management from Tennessee Wesleyan University, is a member of the AAU’s Future Leaders Committee, and serves as a member on several Boards of Directors.
