GET UNCOMFORTABLE! Between #BLM and Pride, it is easy for people and companies to get gestures, intended to support, wrong and the gestures be seen as token only! 😳 And how do you build diversity and ensure you are hiring the right person for your company?
We may be the wrong people to debate this but but Philip Marks, Glenn Martin & Katrina Collier thought we'd give it a go, especially as we are in the demographic most likely to play the 'but it should be the best person' card! 😬
